Includes new proposed generic requirements for cluster routing and management diversity, STP support of Multiple Point Code SPCS, gateway screening based in ISUP and SCCP message type parameters, two step global title translation (GTT) that allows sharing of GTT data for different Translation Types, guidelines for estimating the number of entries in GTT tables for various services, requirements on the time within which an STP should start link alignment after a transport facility recovers, and performance requirements for the transfer-controlled procedure.
