Provides information related to the BCC's synchronization networks. This document represents the current preliminary view of Bellcore and can be used by synchronization coordinators, network planners and other BCC organizations with network synchronization responsibilities. Additionally, this document provides information that other exchange carriers may find useful in their efforts to achieve compatibility with BCC synchronization networks. Equipment suppliers may find the document useful as background to synchronization generic requirements in other Bellcore TAs and TRs.
