TA NWT 001031 : ISSUE 3

Bellcore's preliminary view of proposed generic requirements for communication between systems that support remote testing and provide metallic test access. It presents an information model that uses the philosophies of Open Systems Interconnection (OSI), while building on the architectural principles of TR-476 (OTGR Section 6). Interface specifications that reference the information model are defined using GDMO template notation. This TA combines the metallic and digital information models from Issues 2 of TA-NWT-001031 and TA-NWT-001038.
