Provides a reliable and quick means to measure average wet zero-span tensile strength of a random, standard aggregate of pulp fibers. Making a handsheet from any papermaking pulp produces the standard aggregate. (see TAPPIT 205 "Forming Handsheets for Physical Tests of Pulp").
