This Technical Specification (TS) specifies the dimethyl ether (hereafter referred to as “DME”) for fuel of which the main component is the dimethyl ether synthesized from natural gas, coal, biomass and the like. The combustion machinery for DME is limited to the external combustion machinery such as burner, and the internal combustion machinery such as diesel engine is excluded.
