This standard specifies performance requirements, (structural and general) design methods and verifications for formworks. The requirements given are applicable to different types of formwork normally used in construction. In addition, requirements for special types are established. This standard does not apply to the specific requirements of those elements that can be incorporated into the formwork in production or work phase on construction sites and are established in other National or European standards.
