Add after the Title Scope :
"Replace in the first paragraph, modified by Amendment 1, with rated frequencies of 50 Hz, 60 Hz or 50/60 Hz with with rated frequencies of 50 Hz ."
Add, before the last paragraph:
"Delete in the tenth paragraph, at the end of second dash or 60 Hz "
Add at the end:
"Renumber Note 5, introduced by Amendment 1, to Note 4."
