Specifica le prove fondamentali per la verifica della stabilità dei carrelli elevatori a forche con carico a sbalzo, con portata non maggiore di 50000 kg. Si applica ai carrelli che operano nelle stesse condizioni muniti di altre attrezzature per la movimentazione del carico. Non si applica ai carrelli muniti di dispositivi retrattili (montanti a forche) e ai carrelli elevatori attrezzati per movimentare carichi sospesi che possono oscillare liberamente.
