Diese Norm legt die allgemeinen Anforderungen für die Prüfungen der Störfestigkeit gegen elektromagnetische Felder für Messrelais und Schutzeinrichtungen zum Schutz des Energieversorgungsnetzes inklusive der Steuer-, Ü berwachungs- und Prozessgeräte, die mit diesen Systemen arbeiten, fest. Zweck der Prüfungen ist die Bestätigung, dass das geprüfte Gerät fehlerfrei arbeitet, wenn es im betriebsbereiten Zustand einem elektromagnetischen Feld einer Strahlungsquelle im Frequenzbereich 80 MHz bis 2,7 GHz ausgesetzt wird.
