This Standard AS/RISSB 7450 covers the following aspects of Railway Systems Interoperability.All the rail system circumstances including heavy haul, high speed, suburban systems and rural/grain lines.- Considerations for interoperability of Rolling Stock, Infrastructure, Train Protection and Control systems and Human Resources- Processes for addressing the interoperability of current and future systems, assets or processes- Considerations when implementing any new or changed systems, assets or processes.The standard is intended to:- Enhance the understanding of interoperability as well as to provide a methodology for considering interoperability when introducing new technology or implementing a change management process.
