The primary aim of these guidelines is to establish an agreed national framework for ENA members to apply in generating a robust risk management and compliance baseline to which internal personnel and contracted ASPs
can conduct RPAS aviation operations.
The ENA guidelines aim to:
1. Provide a framework for establishing the minimum criteria for compliance in providing RPAS aviation
services through which supplier's capability and performance can be assessed.
2. Provide a framework for establishing the context of additional practical risk management actions that
should be considered above and beyond an approach based on minimal regulatory compliance, to
ensure an ENA member has taken all reasonable steps to manage the safety of the operations and
protect infrastructure from harm.
