ASAE EP473 : 1994

Provides guidelines to engineers, technicians and contractors for designing, layout and constructing of equipotential planes and voltage gradient ramps (transition areas) together with other specifications needed to provide a surface and surrounding in order that all livestock or poultry contact points in the equipotential plane area are almost the same electrical potential, and to supply minimum step and touch potential gradients for personnel or animals entering or exiting from the equipotential plane perimeters.
