1.1 This specification provides a means of establishing requirements for copolymers of vinyl chloride in original powder form intended for subsequent mixing and processing in thermoplastic compositions.

1.2 Amount of Comonomer- This specification covers copolymers of vinyl chloride containing up to 45% of the comonomers described in 4.1.

1.3 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as the standard.
