Identifies requirements for four mandatory properties but allows optional additional requirements to specify the products according to their intended applications. Includes British Government service requirements.

This British Standard describes a method of specifying unsaturated polyester resin systems used in the construction of reinforced laminates and mouldings.

Special resin system types for British Government Service contracts are given in appendix D.
