A. (normative) Grinding and sieving of the sample
Specifies a method, the "Zeleny sedimentation test", for assessing one of the factors determining the quality of wheat concerning the baking strength of the flour that can be made from it. Applies only to Triticum aestivum wheat. Coverage includes reagents, apparatus and procedure.
