This Standard deals specifically with receivers in mobile radiocommunication services, the acoustic frequency bandwidth of which generally does not exceed 10 kHz, intended for the reception of voice frequency signals or other signals, using angular modulation (phase or frequency type G or F) or dual-sideband amplitude modulation with full carrier (type A) or single-sideband amplitude modulation with Full, reduced or suppressed load-bearing capacity (type H, J or R).
