This standard is included in DIN Handbook 52. This Standard applies to screwed pipe joints with a flat sealing ring for bonding (Type V1), with internal thread (Type V1I) and with external thread (Type V1A) for connecting pipes of unplasticized polyvinylchloride (rigid PVC) of pipe Series 4 of DIN 8062 to one another and to threaded pipes of other materials for pipes under pressure.
