This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the standard form of specifications of shovel type excavators, hereinafter referred to as the \"excavators\", of oil hydraulic cylinder type and whose travel device is crawier mounted, truck mounted or wheel mounted, hereinafter referred to as the \"standard form of specifications\", and inscription gist of specifications. This standard form of specifications may be applied to excavators mounted with front attachment of not specified herein type, as appropriate.
