Cette Norme européenne s'applique aux cisailles à bobine qui sont destinées à une utilisation dans la fabrication de papier et doit être appliquée conjointement avec l'EN 1034-1:2000+A1:2010. Elle traite tous les phénomènes dangereux significatifs, situations et événements dangereux qui surviennent sur des cisailles à bobine lorsque celles-ci sont utilisées normalement et dans les conditions d'utilisation abusive qui peuvent raisonnablement être prévues par le fabricant.
