La présente Norme européenne prescrit une méthode de dosage de l'azote nitrique et ammoniacal, avec réduction, selon Ulsch. La présente méthode est applicable à tous les engrais azotés, y compris les engrais composés où l'azote se trouve exclusivement sous forme nitrique ou sous forme ammoniacale et nitrique.
