Annexe A (normative) Bouchons pour le butyromètre
à lait de brebis

Le présent document a pour objet de fixer les caractéristiques de butyromètres utilisés pour la détermination, par une méthode acido-butyrométrique, de la teneur en matière grasse dans le lait de brebis comprise entre 5 et 17 g pour 100 ml. Il spécifie les caractéristiques des bouchons (voir Annexe A). La graduation exprime le résultat en grammes de matière grasse pour 100 ml de lait de brebis quand on utilise la pipette à lait 11 ml conformément à la norme NFB 35 523.
