This standard specifies that upon the expiry of the Contract the Contractor agrees to co-operate with the Authority to such extent as he may be reasonably required to do so for a period of up to 6 months from the date of expiry, such period to be determined by the Authority, to ensure an orderly and efficient transition from the management by the Contractor to management by the Authority or some other person.
