Logistics functions involving military munitions pose inherent risk to effective military operations, military and civilian personnel related and unrelated to the operation, infrastructure, materiel and the environment, and b) ALP-16 standardizes requirements for the NATO ESMRM Process as well as roles and responsibilities applicable to the NATO Operational Planning Process, Operational Stages, and Consumer Logistics Process across the Full Range of NATO Military Operations, to include munitions-related contracted support.
