Proposes requirements for the design and construction of tankers for the transport of cutback bitumen, inclusive of bitumen sprayers. It also proposes to introduce requirements for both automatic and atmospheric burners for the tankers, and their use whilst the tanker is being normally driven. These requirements are to be complementary to those necessary to comply with AS 2809.1-1999.
