Provides general rules and guidelines for the preparation of documents used in electrotechnology. Contains a classification of documents, documentation principles, including the structure of documents, and general drawing rules on formats, layout, graphical symbols and simplification techniques. Numerous illustrative examples are provided. This Standard is identical with and has been reproduced from IEC 10821:1991 and IEC 10821:1991 Amendment 1:1995 (incorporates Corrigendum:1993).
This International Standard provides generalrules and guidelines for the preparation of documents used in electrotechnology, and specific rules and guidelines for certain kinds of documents.Examples are intended to illustrate a given rule and are not necessarily representative of complete documents.
