This revision to ANSI/UL 242 dated November 30, 2018 includes the following changes in requirement:
Replacing carbon paper with shredded newspaper for the Internal Fire Test.

1.1 These requirements cover portable, nonmetallic containers for waste paper intended primarily for temporary, indoor storage of waste paper and other similar materials.
