This Standard sets out a method of determining the tensile strength of the reconstituted wood-based panels surface.

This Standard sets out a method of determining the tensile strength of the reconstituted wood-based panels surface. The surface layer must be sound and not powdery, especially if wood veneers or plastic laminates are to be overlaid.NOTE: This method was not previously included in AS 1859.
