Proposes the adoption of ISO 14644-4:2001 as Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard ISO 14644.4. Specifies requirements to provide control of airborne particulate contamination of levels appropriate for accomplishing contamination-sensitive activities. Copies of ISO 14644-4 may be purchased from or viewed at Standards Australia offices or Standards New Zealand.
