The requirements of this Standard apply to: a) Internal combustion engine–powered, hand-held edgers having at least one ground-support and a rigid cutting blade that has a blade tip circle of not more than 254 mm (10 in); and b) Internal combustion engine–powered, hand-held, multi-purpose units when configured as an edger.
