AS 5229.1:2024 adopts and modifies ISO 12488 1:2012, which specifies tolerances for construction assemblies and operational conditions of cranes and associated crane tracks as defined in ISO 4306 1. AS 5229.1:2024 also lists requirements for jib cranes, which are covered in ISO 12488 4.
