Adopts IEC 60238, Ed. 8.2 (2011), which applies to lampholders with Edison thread E14, E27 and E40, designed for connection to the supply of lamps and semi-luminaires only. Amendment No. 2 changed the designation from AS/NZS 60238:2015 to AS 60238:2015.
