Applies to all lampholder adaptors (lampholder plugs) of the normal bayonet cap type, which are either suitable for connection to a flexible cord (cord-grip type) or are fitted with lampholders, and are with or without switches. The specification does not cover lampholders which may be incorporated in a lampholder adaptor; such lampholders shall comply with AS C117.
