This International Standard deals with the safety of electric commercial amusement machines and personal service machines, their rated voltage being not more than 250 V for singlephase appliances and 480 V for other appliances to supersede AS/NZS 60335.2.82:2006 on 30 November 2017. During this period it is anticipated that regulatory authorities will approve amusement machines and personal service machines to either standard.
