Gives minimum requirements for design, components, construction, assembly, inspection, testing, operation, and maintenance of piping transporting aqueous slurries of non-hazardous materials, such as mineral ores, coal, concentrates, and other solid materials, between processing plant or receiving plant and terminal. Coverage includes: pressure design of piping components; selection and limitations of piping joints; expansion, flexibility, structural attachments, supports and restraints; construction welding and assembly.
