Provides information for installers of telecommunications cabling in customer premises, comprising the following: the Technical Standards for equipment and cabling, a topic index to the Standards, details of installation of the network boundary frame components at the customer's premises, a summary of practices relating to the Telecommunications Reference Conductor, and a certified component list of cables authorized for use in customer previous cabling. Purchasers of the Cabling Manual will be provided with a technical update service to the manual for a period of two years, as part of the initial purchase.
