Provides minimum recommendations for safety in the design, construction, installation, operation and maintenance of fixed powered lifting platforms with either a partially or fully enclosed platform. The lifting platforms covered by this code of practice are for use by persons with impaired mobility whether sitting, standing or within a wheelchair and accompanied by an attendant.
