Applicable to cold-rolled stainless, heat- and creep-resisting steel flat products with thickness not in excess of 3.0 mm, and rolled widths under 600 mm, in the form of narrow strip (coils with a rolled width <600 mm), slit cold-rolled narrow strip and cut lengths derived from slit cold-rolled narrow strip or cold-rolled strip. Not applicable to cold-rolled stainless, heat resisting and creep resisting steel wide strip and plate/sheet or to cold rolled products having a specified standard.
