Defines signalling protocol for supporting the Transit Counter additional network features (ANF-TC) at the Q-reference point between Private Integrated Services Network Exchanges (PINXs) connected within a Private Integrated Services Network (PISN). Limits the number of Transit PINXs in order that a setup request may be routed through eg., for protection of the network against indefinite looping.
