FASC 3059 R La presente norma presenta le qualità fondamentali e le grandezze caratteristiche, ad una classificazione delle condizioni ambientali dipendenti dalle precipitazioni e dal vento, relative ai prodotti elettrotecnici. Essa è destinata a fornire informazioni di base necessarie per scegliere le severità dei parametri relativi alle precipitazioni e al vento adatte per una data applicazione. Il suo scopo è quello di definire le caratteristiche delle precipitazioni e del vento come informazioni di base per le severità alle quali i prodotti sono soggetti ad essere esposti durante il trasporto, l'immagazzinamento e l'uso.
