This Variant updates a number of articles to take account of technological progress, in particular as a result of electronic ACP, and introduces new Annexes providing examples of control circuit configurations and dealing with: coordination in short-circuit conditions between an ACP and another short-circuit protection device; the particular test sequence of ACPs suitable for service in IT systems; the additional functions of electronic overload relays or releases.
