FASC 3423 R La presente norma si applica all'unità esterna di un ricevitore per ricezione diretta di trasmissioni di radiodiffusione da satellite nella banda dei 12 GHz. I canali sono quelli definiti dalla WARC BS-77 e dalla RARC SAT-83 ed i sistemi sono quelli definiti nella Raccomandazione 650 del CCIR. L'oggetto della presente norma è di definire le condizioni ed i metodi di misura che vanno applicati senza precisare le prescrizioni richieste per la prestazione.
