FASC 13507. La presente Norma fa parte della serie EN/IEC 61191, riguardante gli assiemi di schede stampate. Essa è la Norma base della serie e fornisce le prescrizioni per assiemi elettrici ed elettronici saldati con tecniche di montaggio superficiale e con tecniche associate. Essa definisce le prescrizioni per i materiali, i metodi ed i criteri di verifica da seguire nella produzione di assiemi ed interconnessioni saldate di qualità, utilizzando tecniche di montaggio superficiale e tecniche correlate. I requisiti riguardano: leghe saldanti comprese quelle prive di Piombo (Lead free), flussanti, paste, leghe preformate, adesivi, agenti di pulitura, rivestimenti, componenti, schede, assiemi, ecc. I processi considerati sono: assiemaggio, saldatura, pulitura, rilavorazioni, riparazioni, assicurazione qualità, ecc. La Norma comprende inoltre raccomandazioni per ottenere processi di produzione di buon livello qualitativo tenendo conto anche della Norma IPC-A-610E.
