Describes requirements for one grade of corrosion preventive compound, soft film, cold application, for short-term preservation and protection of certain engine cylinders, valve gear, complete engines, gun barrels, ferrous and light alloy sheets, in storage in temperate climates. PX-1 is suitable for application by brushing, spraying, or dipping.
