States the requirements for one grade of grease, synthetic, graphite, for use as a general purpose graphited lubricant, when specified, for leaf springs and lift guides, a lubricant for steel wire ropes and Bowden cables over the operating temperature range from minus 54 degrees C to plus 120 degrees C.
