This standard is included in DIN Handbook 10 E and 55 E. Defines requirements for metric thread rolling screws of property class 10.9 designed to produce internal threads with nominal diameters from 2 mm to 10 mm in materials with a maximum Vickers hardness of 130 HV 10 or a maximum Brinell hardness of 124 HB, which fit general purpose ISO metric screw threads and are used in general engineering applications.
