In conjunction with DIN 28600, covers ductile iron pipes that have screwed-on flanges, are coated with bitumen and lined with cement mortar. These pipes are suitable for use with drinking water and service water pipelines rated for the nominal pressures given in Table 1 and with gas pipelines rated for working pressures of up to 4 bar.
