The method described serves to determine dissolved bromide, chloride, nitrate, nitrite, (ortho)phosphate and sulfate anions in waste water. If a conductivity detector (CD) or a UV detector is used, the method is suitable for the concentration ranges specified in Table 1 provided the sample is adequately pre-treated (e.g. diluted).
