Specifies vertical double-wall steel tanks that are used for the underground storage of flammable and non-flammable water polluting liquids. Tanks as covered here consist of a main tank and an outer or inner steel wall that forms a self-contained tank ('secondary tank', for short), the height of which is a function of the main tank's permissible filling height, i.e. corresponding to 95% of its capacity.
