Diese Internationale Norm legt die Nenn- und Schnittbreiten für Filme in Blatt- und Rollenform für allgemeine photographische Anwendungen sowie die Schneide-Grenzabmasse fest. Sie legt auch die Perforationsmasse und einige Masse von ausgesuchten Kernen fest und enthält einen Abschnitt über die Kennzeichnung von Verpackungen. ANMERKUNG: Filme für spezifische photographische Anwendungen wie Röntgen- und graphische Filme sowie Mikrofilme, Luttbiklfilme und Spezialfilme für Dokumentenreproduktion oder für Registriergeräte werden in anderen Internationalen Normen festgelegt.
