Proposes to provide telephone users who have DTMF facilities with a user friendly interface to interactive voice response systems in order to promote the ease of use of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems in Australia and New Zealand. This revision is to provide an improved interface based on some five years' experience with practical implementations.
